Cast Iron Box Cube

The type made from cast iron GG25 (HT-250) material is in compliance with the manufacturing standard of DIN. The chief use of product is not only to inspect the verticality, depth of parallelism of parts, but also to support the workpiece for scribing. Generally, our product is a cube or cuboid in appearance. One of its working surfaces has V-shaped groove.

Type JGBC-B
This type made from cast iron with cast clamp slots on four sides for work piece support and positioning. The four work faces are machined to DIN 876/III tolerances, with the end faces also being machined. The box cubes can also be used as parallels. Where several box cubes are required in the same size, a surcharge will be made.

Type JGBC-C
These cast iron box cubes have five clamping surfaces machined to DIN 876 / III flatness and DIN 875 / II angular accuracy. Cast clamp slots are provided on four faces and the top surface has four machined T slots to DIN 650. One side is open.
