Cast Iron T-slotted Floor Plates/Tables
1. Size: 2250X3000X250mm.
2. Material: gray cast iron GG25 (HT-250).
3.Annealing treatment: two times by furnace.
4.T-slots: transverse T-slots and size 28H8 according to DIN650 standard.
5.Flatness on top surface: DIN876/II.
6. Paint color on the surface without machining: RAL 7015.
7. Installation Country: Australia.
Standard Cast Iron T-slot Base Plates have a Brinell hardness of between 180–200 HB and a tensile strength of 260–300 N/mm². Surface machined to DIN876 and T-slots machined to DIN650.
Standard T-slot sizes 18,20, 22, 28, 32 or 36 can be manufactured according to DIN 650, with fits ranging from H 7 to H 12. The popular distance between T-slots is 200 or 250 mm. T-slots with special dimensions are available upon request.
The number and shape of the ribs can be adjusted to suit the specified loading requirements. The size of the T-slots in the plates is determined by the customer’s requirements in strength, tensile and compression.

In case of non-standard sizes, clients are requested to provide information like:
- length, width and height of plate
- load bearing capacity required
- type of intended use
- floor mounting type or stand mounting type
- flatness accuracy of top working surface
- size, number and pitch of T-slots
- T-slot tolerances.
