CAST IRON CLAMPING PLATES:
The dimensions of the floor plates can be individually adapted depending on the area of application. This way customers can be sure that the floor plates are perfectly tailored to their needs. The number and size of the T-slots can also be specially adapted to customers’ needs. This ensures optimum fixing of the workpieces.
Standard Cast Iron T-slot Base Plates have a Brinell hardness of between 180–200 HB and a tensile strength of 260–300 N/mm². Surface machined to DIN876 and T-slots machined to DIN650.
1.Material: gray cast iron GG25 (HT-250), use the resin bonded sand casting to avoid the foundry defects.
2.Annealing treatment: two times by furnace.
3.Roughness on top surface: Ra3.2.
4.Height tolerance: +/-0.2mm.
5.The size of T-slot: 20mm according to the drawing.
6.Flatness on top surface: DIN876/II.
7.With threaded holes according to the drawing.
8.Rib structure at bottom according to Jinggong standard design.
