In the process of generating the component force, if the torque is too large, it exceeds the weight of the trolley At this time, the trolley will be lifted up under the action of this component force, and the star gear plate will continue to rotate, pushing the following trolleys forward, and the front trolley will move forward due to the pulley leaving the tooth plate. Being crowded out by the rear train, it was unable to land back on the track. Since each trolley will have the phenomenon of arching, there will be trolley shoulders when returning to the lane.

Hazards

1. Damage the bearings. After the trolley is arched, the operation of the entire equipment will not stop. Therefore, the trolley will continue to run towards the head of the sintering machine. When it falls suddenly, the force generated by the impact can easily cause damage to the bearing, and in serious cases, it will cause an accident and affect the operation of the equipment. In addition, the end face of the trolley will also be worn under the action of impact, thus accelerating the aging of the equipment and increasing the consumption of spare parts.

2. Reduce the production efficiency of the sintering machine. Due to the arching phenomenon, the sintering machine will leak air. In the whole production of sinter, about 70% of the energy is consumed by the fan. The larger the air leakage, the higher the consumption of the fan. affect production.

3. Cause a safety hazard. Due to the arching phenomenon, the combined length of the trolley on the upper track and the lower track will be different, so the equipment will bear a lot of tension, and the bearing capacity of the steel structure is limited.
