The scraping of the cast iron platform is divided into rough scraping, fine scraping and finest scraping.
Rough scraping: If the surface of the workpiece is relatively rough, processing marks are deep, or the surface is severely rusted, uneven or distorted, and the scraping margin is more than 0.005mm, rough scraping should be done first.
The characteristic of rough scraping is to use a long scraper, the stroke length (between 10mm~15mm), the knife mark is wider (10mm), the scraper mark is straight, and the piece does not repeat. After the machined knife marks are hung off, you can grind the points and scrape them according to the displayed high points. When the surface of the workpiece is 4-6 points per 25 square meters × 25 square meters and there is a fine scraping processing allowance, the fine scraping can be started.
Fine scraping: Fine scraping is to scrape off the high points after rough scraping. It is characterized by the short scraping method (the width of the knife mark is about 6mm, the length of 5mm~10mm), and the research points are scattered quickly. When scraping finely, scrape in the direction, and after scraping, scrape at 45 degrees or 60 degrees to create the net pattern. When the uniform grind point is 10~14 points per 25㎡×25㎡, the fine scraping can be completed.
Finest scraping: Finest scraping is carried out on the basis of fine scraping. Choose a small scraper or a fine scraper with an arc. The width of the knife mark is about 4mm. The uniform grinding point should be 20-25 points per 25㎡×25㎡. Check for scraping of objects, guide rails and touch surfaces of tight objects.
