When planing a v-shaped groove with a 90° included angle between the two inclined surfaces of the v-shaped frame (v-shaped iron), in addition to the above-mentioned planing method, the workpiece can also be tilted and clamped to make one of the inclined surfaces of the v-shaped groove In the vertical position, the other inclined plane is in the horizontal position, and then planing is carried out according to the method of planing steps. Using this method to plan V-shaped grooves is easy to operate and can avoid multiple tool changes. At this time, the right-angle groove at the bottom of the v-shaped groove can be planed after the v-shaped groove is processed. The planed v-shaped frame (v-shaped iron) working face must be manually scraped and polished to reach the national standard accuracy standard.

2. T-slot platform The top surfaces of the left and right grooves of the T-slot are not on the same plane. The reason is that the machine tool setting is not accurate. The width of the main cutting edge of the left and right variable cutters is not the same when the groove is processed in one pass.
3. The width of the left and right grooves of the T-slot platform of the T-slot platform is different. The main reason is that the slot direction is not well mastered.
4. There is a shallow groove in the middle of the T-slot bottom surface of the T-slot platform. The reason is that the tool is not well connected when processing the bottom surface of the groove, or the planing is too deep when processing the right-angle groove.
