The advantages of natural aging are that the cast iron platform has good dimensional stability, the method is simple and easy to implement, and it is environmentally friendly.

2. Artificial aging treatment:

Artificial aging is an aging treatment process that heats the cast iron platform to a higher temperature and performs aging treatment in a short period of time, which is called artificial thermal aging treatment.

The disadvantages are large one-time investment, high energy consumption, high cost, difficult temperature control, high labor intensity and serious environmental pollution. So it is gradually replaced by vibration aging.

3. Vibration aging:

A certain frequency of vibration is applied to the cast iron platform to release the internal stress, so as to achieve the purpose of aging.
