At present, the grate is developing in the direction of long, narrow and good material, which is beneficial to sintering production.

 

The life of the trolley mainly depends on the life of the trolley frame. According to the analysis, the damage of the trolley is mainly due to the change of thermal cycle, as well as the crack and deformation caused by the contact with the combustion material. In addition, there is also the burning loss of high temperature airflow, so it is recommended that the material of the trolley be made of weldable cast iron or steel with a small amount of manganese and chromium added.
