1. Inspection platform: It is mainly used as a benchmark for inspecting workpiece errors. The inspection plate plays a vital role in the mechanical manufacturing process. It is the most basic benchmark tool for inspection of each workpiece before leaving the factory.
2. Assembly platform: used for assembly and debugging of complete sets of products. The T-shaped groove on the assembly plate can fix the workpiece on the platform so that the assembly accuracy and efficiency are greatly improved, especially in the assembly line operation, the function of the assembly plate can not be ignored.
3. Welding platform: The welding plate is divided into four types: flat welding plate, T-slot welding plate, riveting welding plate and three-dimensional welding plate. The first three have the same purpose and are mainly used as the benchmark for workpiece welding. The three-dimensional welding plate is a supporting product for the new welding tooling. It is mainly used for difficult welding, multi-process welding, and high-precision welding. The flat plate extends to the periphery to realize infinite space welding. 4. Scribing platform: It is mainly used for plane and three-dimensional scribing of various parts. The plate itself is a very flat reference. The workpiece can be scribed on its working surface with high accuracy and high efficiency.
5. Basic platform: Mainly used for installation and debugging of large-scale equipment and workpieces, as well as measurement and marking. The basic slab is mostly formed by splicing a single plate with small specifications. The characteristics of the platform's high accuracy, simple splicing, and unlimited extension of the size make the application of the basic slab more and more extensive.
6. Grinding platform: There are two uses: one is precision measurement, the grinding plate has a very high precision, which can be used for the detection of some high-precision workpieces, and the other is the grinding and polishing of high-precision workpieces.
