The sintering pallet car is the main operating part of the sintering machine. Its main function is to form a running slewing chain between the head and tail wheels of the sintering machine. It receives the sintering mixture at the upper horizontal section. After preheating and igniting, sintering, cooling, and turning the material, it returns to the head. The wheel forms a transmission cycle to achieve the purpose of sintering materials.

 

Our company's large-scale pallet car all use the strong-collapsing furan resin sand casting process, and the surface is hang-coated by the flow coating process, which has outstanding advantages:

 

1. The mold has high strength, avoids all kinds of sand inclusion defects caused by modeling quartz sand, and ensures the purity of the casting matrix.

 

2. The resin is cured and the mold is released, and the size of the mold cavity is extremely stable, ensuring the dimensional accuracy of the casting and the consistency of the blank product, and the accuracy of the casting is CT10-12.

 

3. The surface finish of the casting is high, which greatly reduces the influence of surface defects on the oxidation resistance of the substrate.

 

4. The mold has excellent collapsibility, and the shrinkage and stress concentration of the blank during the cooling process is small, which is beneficial to the dimensional stability of large castings such as trolleys after processing.
