According to the fixed points of the equipment, T-slotted Floor Clamping Rails are designed and spliced into a cast beam platform. It is mainly used for the assembly, testing, welding and inspection of large equipment. In this way, there is no need to make a large platform, not only saving material costs, but also taking up a small space, which is very cost-effective.

The follow are three technical requirements for installing the T-slotted Floor Clamping Rails:
1. The buried depth of the T-slotted Floor Clamping Rails should be the same as the ground decorative layer or slightly higher than 3-5mm.
2. After the T-slotted Floor Clamping Rails are installed, within any 1m length, the horizontal deviation is not more than 1mm, the total length is not more than 2mm, the horizontal deviation of the corresponding point between the rails is not more than 1mm, and the parallelism deviation between every two rails is less than 2mm .
1. The method of fixing the track is to fix it firmly with M8 iron expansion nails or shooting nails according to the required distance (about 500-700mm) on both sides of the inner side of the track. The bottom surface of the track and the ground must be tightly focused, and there must be no virtual span gap to prevent bending and deformation of the ground track after loading.
