The scraping process uses a scraper (also called a trowel) to scrape away trace metals on the surface of the processed workpiece to improve the accuracy of the surface shape and match the contact between the surfaces. Before each scraping, it is necessary to apply a thin layer of display agent on the surface of a precision plate, a ruler, a special inspection tool or a mating part that matches the workpiece (also can be coated on the workpiece), and then combine it with the workpiece to grind it. After the grind, some bumps on the surface of the workpiece will be clearly displayed, and the displayed bumps will be scraped off after the points are displayed.
