Porduction process of of T-slot platform

 

1. T-slot platform blank: Make drawings according to technical requirements, make wood molds according to drawings, batching, modeling, drying, casting, sand falling, cleaning, and inspection of various parts of the blank;

 

2. Cast iron plate machining: appearance inspection and marking, processing and inspection;

 

3. Leveling, manual scraping and inspection of cast iron flat workpieces;

 

4. Appearance treatment, painting, packaging and storage of cast iron plates.

 

 

T-slots platform（4000*2000*250mm）

 

Installation method of T-slot platform

 

1.Leveling frame: Place the T-slot platform on the plate support, and adjust the fine adjustment bolts on the support until the welding plate is level. The support can reduce the labor intensity of the inspector.

 

2. Ground anchors: Make the foundation and embedded holes of the T-slot platform according to the drawings, place the ground anchors in the embedded holes, and adjust the level of the T-slot flat plate.

 

3. Pad: Use pads for quick installation and easy movement; the T-slot platform is adjusted to the level, the load is evenly distributed on the supporting points, and vibration is avoided during use.

 

4. Anchor bolt:

(1) Put the adjusting shim in a proper position, place the bolts in the holes reserved for the foundation, after the plate is hoisted in place, put the bolts into the bolt holes of the foot at an appropriate height, screw the nut on the backing plate, and align it. Remove the fixing device on the scribing seat, and wipe the plate clean.

(2) Adjust the plate with a spirit level, and place the spirit level in the middle of the plate.

(3) Straighten the anchor bolts and pour cement concrete into the hole; after the belt is fixed, adjust the installation accuracy of the welded slab so that the horizontal deviation is not more than 0.05/1000mm, tighten the anchor bolts, and smear the slab with cement.
