Scraping has the characteristics of small cutting amount, small cutting force, small heat generation, small clamping deformation, etc., there is no vibration, thermal deformation and other factors in machining, such as turning, milling, and planing, so it can obtain high dimensional accuracy, Contact accuracy, transmission accuracy and surface roughness. After scraping the surface of the workpiece, a relatively uniform micro-shallow pit is formed, which can create a good oil storage environment and improve the lubrication condition between relatively moving parts.
