1. The method of fixing the cast iron ground rail is to fix it firmly with M8 iron expansion nails or shooting nails according to the required distance (about 500-700mm) on both sides of the inner side of the track. The bottom surface of the track is tightly attached to the ground, and there must be no virtual span gap to avoid bending and deformation of the ground track after the load.
2. Installation of the ground rail: use a strip bridge and a combined image level. First level a ground rail, and then use it as a benchmark to make initial adjustments one by one. Then the cement is grouted, and after the cement slurry has solidified, a fine adjustment inspection is carried out.
3. The buried depth of the cast iron ground rail should be the same as the ground decoration layer or slightly higher than 3-5mm.
4. After the ground rail is installed, within any 1m length, the horizontal deviation is not more than 1mm, the total length is not more than 2mm, the horizontal deviation of the corresponding point between the rails is not more than 1mm, and the parallelism deviation between every two rails is less than 2mm .
Strip ground rails are mainly used for assembly, testing, welding and inspection of large equipment. According to the fixed points of the equipment, it is designed and spliced into a cast beam platform. It does not need to be a large platform, which saves material costs, but also takes up a small space, is flexible and convenient to use, and is cost-effective.
