2. When installing, first fix the cast iron platform on the bracket and then debug it. Care should be taken to avoid unnecessary damage caused by bumping the platform. Place the cast iron platform flat on the ground, adjust the stability of the four corners by hand, and fine-tune the movable feet until Stablize.

 

3. Place the platform on the bracket, adjust its fulcrum position, and try to be as close to the center as possible.

 

4. Initially adjust the feet so that each fulcrum is evenly stressed.

 

5. Use a level measuring instrument (level or electronic level) to detect the level of the plate, and fine-tune the relevant fulcrum until it conforms to the level position.

 

6. After the initial adjustment is qualified, after standing for 12 hours, if it is not qualified, it needs to be adjusted again, and it can be used only if it is qualified.

 

7. Periodic inspection and maintenance according to the actual field environment after use.
