2. When using the calibration plate, the mechanical equipment parts should be placed with care to prevent strong collision between the mechanical equipment parts and the inspection plate. If there is a collision between the surface of the flat plate and the mechanical parts,the concave or convex parts should be repaired before continuing to use.

 

3. The surface of the calibration plate should be kept clean, and the surface of the plate should be cleaned in time after use to check for iron filings, sand or other impurities left by mechanical parts on the surface of the plate. These iron filings and impurities are likely to react with the cast iron on the surface of the inspection plate in the humid air, resulting in rust and corrosion on the surface of the scribed plate. Even if they are not in humid air, these impurities are easy to scratch the surface of the inspection plate, resulting in a decrease in the accuracy of the plate. Therefore, it must be cleaned in time.

 

4. When using the calibration plate, try to keep all parts of the plate evenly used to avoid local wear due to excessive use.

 

5. When installing mechanical equipment parts, do not install it on the calibration plate, and do not use tools such as hammers and pliers to hit the plate.

 

6. After the calibration plate is used, it should be wiped clean. If it is not used for a long time, anti-rust oil should be brushed on the surface of the scribed plate to prevent it from rusting.

 

7. Handling the calibration plate should be careful, and rough operation is strictly prohibited.

 

8. The calibration plate should be placed in a dry and ventilated warehouse for storage. It should not be placed in a cool and humid place, and there should be no water droplets on the surface of the plate. The calibration plates cannot be stacked and stored to prevent deformation of the calibration plates due to stacking extrusion.
