2. The vertical tolerance between the working surface and the side surface of the riveting platform and the adjacent two sides is level 12 (according to the provisions of GB1184-80 "Shape and Position Tolerance"). The hardness of the working surface should be between HB170-220 or 187-255.
3. Precision parameters: The level 3 riveting welding platform does not specify the contact spot requirements. The number of contact spots on the level 1 flat panel shall be no less than 20 points in any 25×25mm plane. The level 2 plate requires that the number of contact spots is no less than 12 points in any 25×25mm plane.

5. The working surface of the riveting platform should not have rust, scratches, bruises and other appearance defects that affect the use. There should be no casting defects such as sand holes, pores, cracks, slag inclusions and shrinkage porosity. The casting surface should be thoroughly cleaned of molding sand, and the surface should be smooth, the paint should be firm, and the edges should be blunt.
