1. Optimize the design of sintering trolley fence structure

During the sintering process, the temperature changes drastically on the part of the fence, and its damage is relatively high. The cracks start from the upper part of the fence and then expand downward. In view of this situation, the fence can be divided into upper and lower parts, and the damage is mainly the upper fence, the height of the upper fence should be reduced as much as possible to reduce the maintenance cost of the upper fence in the future.

 

2. Improve quality control of sintering trolley fence production

It is necessary to strictly control the composition of each element and the spheroidization rate. At the same time, in order to minimize casting defects, ultrasonic flaw detection UT and magnetic particle flaw detection MT inspection are added. After the upper and lower fences are processed, the pre-assembly is completed in the workshop to check the fit clearance to reduce the air leakage rate of the equipment.

 

3. Selection of metal material of sintering machine fence

The fence of the sintering machine is easily burned by the high-temperature air flow, mainly because its heating cycle changes and the burning material is in direct contact. Therefore, the trolley fence is required to have oxidation resistance, heat resistance, thermal stability, corrosion resistance, thermal fatigue resistance and high temperature durability.
