In order to prevent the anti-rust oil from adsorbing dust, the equipment must be covered with a cover cloth. The inner surface and cavity of the cast iron platform are brushed or sprayed with anti-rust oil, and the outside is sealed and protected.

 

When the cast iron platform is not used for a long time, if appropriate anti-rust measures are not taken, it will cause large-area corrosion, and serious damage to the platform. The rust prevention of the suspended cast iron platform is divided into short-term rust prevention and long-term rust prevention, and can be divided into on-site rust prevention and remote rust prevention.

 

There are two methods for long-term rust prevention:

 

One is the same as short-term rust prevention. After treatment, the platform is covered with a sealed cover containing a desiccant.

 

The second is to use anti-rust oil to prevent rust, and then wrap it with neutral paraffin paper or sodium benzoate paper; the storage shelves in the storage site should be away from the ground level.

It is a widely used anti-rust oil.
