When the trolley is at the penultimate bellows, the exhaust temperature reaches the highest value, and the temperature drops when returning to the lower track. During the whole working process, the trolley bears its own weight, the weight of the grate, the weight of the sinter and the negative pressure of the exhaust air, and it is also subjected to the repeated action of long-term heat, so it produces a lot of thermal fatigue. The trolley is a very easily damaged part. And because the trolley is expensive and the quantity is large, it is the most important part of the sintering machine, and its performance directly affects the use of the sintering machine.

The effective sintering area of the sintering machine is the product of the width of the trolley and the length of the suction section of the sintering machine (ie, the effective length). Usually the aspect ratio of the sintering machine is between 12-20. Therefore, as the area of the sintering machine increases, the width of the trolley also increases accordingly.
