5. After the initial adjustment is qualified, let it stand for 12 hours and repeat it. If it is unqualified, it needs to be adjusted again. If it is qualified, it can be used.

Installation method of cast iron platform (flat plate):

 

1. Bracket installation: Lightly put the cast iron platform (flat plate) on the bracket and adjust the fine-tuning bolts on the bracket to the level of the cast iron platform (flat plate). The bracket can reduce the labor intensity of the inspectors. The height of the bracket is generally about 500-600mm.

 

2. Ground anchor installation: The cast iron platform (slab) can be designed to install the ground anchor. First, the user makes the foundation and embedded holes according to the drawings of the cast iron platform (slab), and then puts the ground anchor in the reserved hole set in advance Inside, adjust the level of the cast iron platform (slab).

 

3. Mounting of shim: The cast iron platform (slab) is adjusted to the level, the load is evenly distributed on each fulcrum, and the ambient temperature is (20±5) ℃. Vibration should be avoided during use. The cast iron platform (slab) has the advantages of shim installation, Installation is quick and easy to move.

 

4. Anchor bolt installation: The cast iron platform (flat plate) is designed to install according to the user's requirements, and the anchor bolts are installed.

 

Installation procedure: Put the adjusting shim at a proper position and put the bolts into the holes of the foundation; after hoisting the cast iron platform (flat plate) in place, put the bolts into the anchor bolt holes at an appropriate height, screw on the nuts and place them on the backing plate, align the position and remove the fixing device on the sliding seat, and clean the cast iron platform (plate).Adjust the machine with a spirit level, which should be placed on the guide rail.

Straighten the anchor bolts and pour concrete into the holes. After solidification, adjust the installation accuracy of the cast iron platform (slab) to tighten the anchor bolts under the condition that the horizontal deviation is not greater than 0.05/1000mm, and smooth the bottom surface of the cast iron platform (slab) with cement.
