3. During installation, the supporting points of the cast iron plate should be well padded with adjusting pads, and the plate should be adjusted to the qualified accuracy by the technicians.

 

4. When using, handle the workpiece lightly, and do not move rough workpieces on it, so as to avoid bumping, scratching and other damage to the working surface.

 

5. In order to prevent the overall deformation, the workpiece should be removed from the cast iron plate after use to avoid deformation caused by heavy pressure on the workpiece for a long time.

 

6. When not in use, wash the working surface in time, then apply a layer of anti-rust oil, cover it with anti-rust paper, and cover the cast iron plate with outer packaging to prevent damage to the working surface caused by normal carelessness.

 

7. It should be installed in a ventilated and dry environment, and away from heat sources, corrosive gases and corrosive liquids.

 

8. Carry out regular weekly inspection according to the standard, and the inspection period can be 6-12 months according to the specific situation.
