The original design is a split casting connected steel casting. The trolley body with this structure is often scrapped due to deformation and fracture during use. The working conditions determine that the material of the trolley body must have good comprehensive mechanical properties such as high temperature resistance and brittle fracture resistance. The material of ductile iron has high strength and high temperature resistance, and the cost is much lower than that of steel castings.
