Nowadays, many manufacturers are introducing CNC milling machines to process the platform, and the finish is very high. However, for platforms with strict requirements on flatness, CNC machining cannot replace the scraping process, and the accuracy of any machine tool cannot be achieved. The accuracy achieved by manual shoveling, I hope everyone should have an understanding of this point.

 

There are 3 ways for the fitter to operate the knife trace during the operation of the scraping and marking platform. Namely direct push method, direct push plus twist method, left and right twist method.

 

The direct push method produces long squares and triangles. The surface of the scribing platform presents micro-waveforms, and the surface of the scribing platform is of poor quality and is suitable for rough scraping; the direct push and torsion method produces a reverse "6" block and a positive "6" block shape. The surface quality is smooth and suitable for fine scraping.

 

The left and right torsion method produces normal scales, reverse scales, swallow wing blocks, swallow body blocks, etc. The surface of the scribing platform has a fine curved wave. The surface of the scribing platform is bright and smooth, and it is suitable for fine scraping or scratching. From the perspective of the scraping process, scraping is a process of synergy, and the proficiency of the manipulation determines the quality of the scraping.
